At Yes Core Trading, we ship our premium, handcrafted leather goods from Ireland to over 50 countries worldwide. We are committed to transparency regarding our delivery process.
1. Processing & Handling Time All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–3 business days before they are dispatched. This time allows us to perform a final quality check on your leather items to ensure they meet our 1986 heritage standards.
2. Estimated Delivery Times Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days.

USA, Canada & Rest of World: 7–15 business days.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. All shipping costs are shown clearly before you finalize your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Yes Core Trading is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey from Ireland to your door.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages Yes Core Trading is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
