Refund policy

At Yes Core Trading, we take pride in our 1986 heritage of excellence in leathercraft. Because we deal in premium, 100% genuine leather products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the quality and integrity of our goods for all our international customers.

7-Day Return Window: You have exactly 7 days from the date your tracking number shows "Delivered" to request a return. After this 7-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to Ireland.

Exclusions: Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked as "Sale" or "Discounted" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
